This Saturday, March 29, 2014 from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm is EarthHour - The Civic Theatre will turn off all non-essential power (i.e. everything but the projector!) to help Nelson Hydro see a noticeable drop in energy use across our community.

Thanks to our friends at Stevens Electronics, we will project a live-streamed satellite broadcast of the 2014 Oscar Awards. We've decided to make it by donation (pay any price) instead of selling regular tickets. Of course, all donations go towards the $30,000.00 goal for our concession upgrades.
