The Civic Theatre is pleased to support local non-profit organizations and charities by donating tickets to support their fundraising and special events.
Guidelines For Ticket Donations
- Please submit your request at least 6 weeks in advance of your event
- Preference may be given to groups that have not received our support in the past
- Each organization is eligible to apply for one donation per year
- Special consideration may be given to organizations that recognize The Civic Theatre through signage and other recognition, cross-promotional opportunities, and reciprocal donations
- Redemption is subject to seat availability
- Tickets are non-redeemable for third party hosted shows at The Civic Theatre
- Donations will be available for pick up at The Civic Theatre
- Other restrictions may apply
- Donated tickets have no cash value
How To Make Your Request
Please fill in our application form, and include the following information:
- The goal of your event
- A description of your target audience
- How a donations will be used (live auction, silent auction, raffle, door prize, etc.)
- Other relevant information
